So what I did was go out and buy a new drive to put into my laptop.
This is a major pain in the arse, and I’ve pretty much lost all of the stuff I had stored on the old drive.

It was almost one year ago that my last laptop died. And if this becoming a January tradition, I’m going to massively annoyed.

An update on my plans for this year: I’m going to take an extended vacation to California at the end of the month. Yep.

So I’ll be spending the rest of the month preparing for that, and getting everything ready. I’ll be staying with Kimberlee just a few miles from the beach. We’ll ride bikes around town, we’ll drink micro-brewed beer, I’ll eat In and Out burgers again.

Let’s hope to fuck that this year turns out better than the last.
